Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of haloperidol combined with Clonidine transdermal patch for the treat -ment of refractory Tourette syndrome and Th 1/Th2.Methods Between December 2013 and March 2015, 40 children with re-fractory Tourette syndrome treated in Cangzhou Central Hospital of Hebei province were selected as study subjects ( observation group) .Another 40 cases of healthy children were selected as healthy control group .Was given to the observation group with haloperidol combined with clonidine transdermal patch for treatment , before and after the treatment by the Yale Global Tic Se-verity Scale ( YGTSS) , attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ( ADHD) were used to assess the symptom score , the level of serum IFN gamma, IL-4, IL-13 and IFN gamma, IL-4, IL-13 and YGTSS score, ADHD score correlation analysis was carried out.Results After treatment, the YGTSS scores and ADHD scores were significantly lower ( P <0.05) than before treat-ment.Before treatment, observation group IFN gamma, IL-13 levels were higher than those in healthy control group ( P <0.05) and IL-4 levels lower than that of healthy control group; after treatment, serum IFN gamma, IL-4, IL-13 level com-pared with those before treatment significantly improved , the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).IFN gam-ma levels with YGTSS score, ADHD score were positively correlated ( r =0.312, P =0.007;r =0.305, P =0.011);IL-4 levels and YGTSS score, ADHD score showed a negative correlation ( r =-0.317, P =0.004; r =-0.302, P =0.014);IL-13 level with YGTSS score, ADHD score were positively correlated ( r =0.306, P =0.011;r =0.291, P =0.021).No serious adverse reactions occurred in children .Conclusion Clonidine transdermal patch combined haloperidol in the treatment of refractory Tourette syndrome can improve clinical symptoms , and high safety .关键词
