摘要
Abstract
Monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 ( MCP-1) is a CC chemokines secreted by many types of cells , in the human body play a variety of roles like chemotaxis , phagocytosis and synthesis of inflammatory mediators .MCP-1 participated and promoted occurrence and development of diabetic vascular complications .This paper summarized the structure , function and influencing factor of MCP-1, as well as the relationship between MCP-1 and related diseases , especially the progress in the field it and atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease , as well as MCP-1 and diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy and diabetic cardiomyopathy and diabetic foot .关键词
