公立高校教师心理契约违背的影响因素分析
Analysis on the Influence Factors of the Psychological Contract Violation of the Teachers in Public Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Based on the psychological contract theory, this research analyzes the conformation process of psychological contract, psychological contract violation, the specific impact on college teachers’ behavior of psychological contract violation , etc. Our survey selected 230 colleges and universities among the east, middle, and west of China, and the results show that: the important factors that affect the psychological contract violation of public colleges and universities includes nine major indicators, such as stable job security, good administrative service and efficient work tasks, etc.关键词
