A Research Summary on the Balanced Development of Preschool Education in Urban and Rural Areas

摘要

Abstract

Research on the balanced development of preschool education in urban and rural areas experienced initial stage and development stage. Based on the study of connotation, scholars believe the different non balanced development is mainly mani-fested in funding, the number of kindergartens, teachers’ level, resource allocation and the quality of education. The factors lead-ing to non balanced development are the differences of urban and rural and regional economic development, policy guidance and supervision of the quality. Therefore, it is urgent to set up the preschool law in accordance to the China’s national circumstance, to make full use of the government’ coordination and plan function, to regulate the financial investment and resource distribution mechanism, to build the balanced and excellent preschool teaching team, in order to promote the balanced development of preschool education in urban and rural areas.
