摘要
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of Chinese economy is largely due to population policy which brought demographic dividend. However, with the development of the times, Chinese population presents a new situation in which a low birth rate, low death rate and low growth rate. Based on the current situation of China, in order to understand the likely fu-ture demographic trends after the “comprehensive two-child policy”, taking populous province of Henan province as a case, the influence factors of the birth rate were studied based on the data of 18 provincial cities in Henan using stepwise regression analy-sis showing that the birth rate of Henan population is affected by children dependency ratio and government finances in health, e-ducation, social security and employment expenditure, in which the influence of children dependency ratio is the most obvious.关键词
