Abstract
The paper introduces the American National Standard system. The ANSI’s duties and roles are analyzed, including the United States’ national standard development mechanism,leading standardization policies and rules, private-public policies bridge and national standards strategy. Referring to ANSI practice, the urgent needs for the standardization reform and development in Chin are establishing a complete system of social organization standards, developing non-social organization standards, promoting standardization and technical regulations by the government, as well as making the global standardization strategy, etc .关键词
