Enlightenment from Foreign Standardization Development and Innovation
摘要
Abstract
Through the analysis of standardization in other countries, this paper suggests that China should expand the application scope and deepen the research extent of standardization, fill the blanks of standards, and gain the market power in new standards field. This paper also illustrates the problems of standards application in foreign countries, which will remind China to avoid the similar dilemma and to establish an objective evaluation standards of standards;the most important is to establish a proper operation mechanism of standards, which should be a market-oriented operation mechanism arousing the enthusiasm of the enterprises.关键词
