Abstract
Objective]In order to acquaint the infection status of pseudorabies(PR),porcine parvovirus(PP)and Japanese encephalitis(JE)in Zhangye city. [Methods]689 serum samples were randomly collected from scale and backyard pig farms in Ganzhou district,Linze county,Gaotai county,Shandan county,Minle county,and specified antibodies of PR,PP and JE were detected respectively. [Results]19 samples were tested antibody positive for PR,the average positive rate was10.33%,while 51 samples were tested antibody positive for PP(ratio of 27.72%),and 162 positive samples for JE(ratio of 23.51%).[Conclusion] The results showed that the antibody positive rates of PP, PR and JE in Zhangye city in 2015 were relatively high,which indicated pig farms in these areas were infected by the above mentioned viruses,thus surveillance and comprehensive control measures should be strengthened in the future.关键词
