学龄前期儿童钩椎关节部位的组织学观察及意义
Histological observation and significance of the position of uncovertebral joint in preschool children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the development characteristics of the tissue sections of uncovertebral joint in preschool children,in order to verify whether it is the true synovial joints or not.Methods The cervical serial sections of 3-year-old children bodies were stained with HE morphology and observed under microscope.Results The structure and microstructure of the C2 ~C7 were observed under the mi-croscope,and the structures and tissues like synovial membrane were not observed.Conclusion The cervical vertebra of preschool children have not formed uncovertebral joint nor synovial membrane.This study provides evidence for the age of children who formed uncovertebral joint.关键词
