Abstract
Objective To observe the expression of osteopontin(OPN)and B7-H4 in epithelial ovarian cancer,and to explore the dif-ferential diagnosis of benign and malignant value.Methods A total of 100 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study subjects,100 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 100 healthy controls were selected as the control groups.The differences of OPN,B7-H4 and tumor marker levels in different groups were observed,and the differences of OPN and B7-H4 levels in patients with different clinical pathological characteristics were compared.Results The positive expression rate of OPN and B7-H4 in epithelial ovarian cancer group was higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group and healthy control group.The levels of CEA,CA15-3 and CA125 in serum of the three groups from high to low were epithelial ovarian cancer group,benign ovar-ian tumor group and healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Stage III and IV,low differentiation,lymph node metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer patients of OPN and B7-H4 expression rate was higher,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05).The expression rate of OPN and B7-H4 in different age patients had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion B7-H4 and OPN are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,and the expression rate of OPN and B7-H4 is higher in the patients with low differentiation and metastasis.关键词
