Application of modified Rives-Stoppa approach and K-L approach internal fixation in treatment of acetabular fractures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the safety and effectiveness of modified Rives-Stoppa approach and K-L approach internal fixation in the treatment of acetabular fractures.Methods From September 2012 to January 2016 in Tangshan union medical college hospital,76 pa-tients of acetabular fractures were selected and equally divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 patients in each group based on the random number table.The observation group were given the modified Rives-Stoppa approach internal fixation while the control group were given the K-L approach internal fixation.Observed the prognosis safety and effectiveness of the two groups.Results All opera-tions were successfully completed and the incisions were on the stageⅠof healing,but the operative time,blood loss,intraoperative blood transfusion and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative incidences of wound infection,cutaneous nerve injury,traumatic arthritis,sciatic nerve injury in the observation group were sig-nificantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellence rate of postoperative efficacy in the observation group and the control group were 94.7%and 73.7%respectively,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compare to the K-L approach,modified Rives-Stoppa approach internal fixation for the acetabular fractures has advantages such as simple and small damage.Moreover,it can significantly reduce postoperative complications,and promote the improvement of the patient’s hip function.关键词
