Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery combined with liposuction in the treatment of gynae-comastia.Methods A total of 28 patients with gynaecomastia in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were treated by Encor mini-mally invasive system excision and liposuction.An 8-G Encor probe was advanced through a 4-mm incision positioned in the corresponding anterior axillary line to excise the glandular disc.Liposuction was performed through the same incision,all the surgery process was under ultra-sound guided.The postoperative suction drainage tube was placed and local pressure bandaging was performed.The healing,complication and result were observed and recorded.Results All of 28 patients achieved stage Ⅰ incision healing with plain,natural chest without uneven feeling nor obvious scars.All patients had no nipple and areola necrosis.Conclusion This surgical approach is simple,safe,minimally inva-sive,less bleeding and faster recovery for gynaecomastia.关键词
