Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors of femoral head necrosis after internal fixation with hollow compression screw for femoral neck fracture.Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of femoral neck fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated by internal fixation with hollow compression screw and followed up after the operation. The incidence of femoral head necrosis and the correlation factors were observed and analyzed.Results In the 5-year follow-up for 180 pa-tients,a total of 27 patients had ischemic necrosis of femoral head,the incidence was 15.00%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the gender,age,reduction and fixation between removal and avascular necrosis of the femoral head had no obvious correlation(P>0.05),but has obvious correlation with injury to operation time,Garden type,reduction index,postoperative weight-bearing time in avascular necrosis (P<0.05 ).Conclusion The main risk factors of femoral head necrosis of femoral neck fracture after internal fixation with hollow compres-sion screw were injury to operation time,Garden type,quality of reduction,postoperative weight bearing time,and effective control of these fac-tors can reduce the incidence of femoral head necrosis.关键词
