摘要
Abstract
0bjective To investigate the cIinicaI effect of vertical mammaplasty for correction of moderate to severe breast ptosis. Methods The authors adopted the vertical mammaplasty (Lejour technique)for correction of breast ptosis. ResuIts 25 cases were treated with vertical mammaplasty in our department from May 2011 to December 2015, the shape of the new breast in all patients was tall and natural after 6-48 months following-up. Inframammary fold eczema in 5 cases subsided. Back and shoulder pain in 16 cases were gone in 15 cases and relieved in 1 case. The flap of inframammary fold was not smooth at early stage, relieved gradually and smooth after 1 year. Conclusion The vertical mammaplasty is a relatively good surgical technique for correction of breast ptosis .关键词
