Abstract
Objective To observe the cosmetic effect of the eyelid xanthoma excision combined with CO2 laser treatment. Methods There were 111 patients randomly divided into two teams. The treatment team accepted excision operation combined with CO2 laser treatment,and the control group was only treated with CO2 laser treatment.The efifciency, recurrence rate,the eyelid shapes,skin elasticity and scars after treatment of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the patients of the two groups were followed up for one year. It is estimated that the efifciency of treatment group was 90.5%, and the recurrence rate was 5.7%. In addition, the effective rate of control group was 65.5%, and the recurrence rate was 24.1%.The effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups were statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).The cosmetic effect scores were given to the patients after treatment.The score of the treatment group was 4.56±0.26, while the control group was 3.95±0.18, and there was signiifcant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The eyelid xanthoma excision combined with CO2 laser treatment, getting a better cosmetic effect,is safe, effective and worth promoting.关键词
