人参皂苷Rb1注射对兔耳增生性瘢痕中PCNA表达的影响
Effect of Ginsenoside Rb1 on the expression of PCNA in rabbit ear hypertrophic scar
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on hypertrophic scars of rabbit`s ear and test the expression of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA). Methods 8 rabbits were chosen randomly and 6 wounds were made in each rabbit ear to establish hypertrophic scars(HS).After the wounds epithelialization,the HS were separated into 4 groups:Blank group,Dexamethasone group,saline group,Ginsenoside Rb1 group. The administration was done once every 3 days for 3 times. On 1st,2nd,4th,8th weeks after the treatment,2 rabbits`s samples were resected randomly to test Masson staining and detect PCNA expression by immunohistochemistry. Results On 4th and 8th weeks after administration,compared with saline group,the scars of dexamethasone and ginsenoside Rb1 group were improved signiifcantly,Scar elevation index reduced (P<0.05),the expression of PCNA decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginsenoside Rb1 could effectively inhibit cell proliferation and improve scar hyperplasia.关键词
