Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efifcacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with long pulse l 064nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of facial telangiectasia. Methods 86 cases of facial telangiectasia were randomly divided into A and B groups, each group of 43 cases. Group A was treated by intense pulsed light alone, and group B was treated with intense pulsed light and long pulse l 064 nm Nd:YAG laser. The efifcacy and safety of the two groups were observed. Results In the appropriate pulse width and energy density, after 3 to 5 times the treatment,the cure rate of group A was 74.4%, the effective rate was 86.0%, the cure rate of group B was 90.7%and the effective rate was 100%. There were signiifcant differences between the two groups in the cure rate and the effective rate (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 11.6%, mainly as a transient redness, the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The combination of intense pulsed light and long pulse l 064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of facial telangiectasia is satisfactory and has a mild side effect. It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
