摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing characteristics of patients in different age stages, aiming to providing reference for clinical nursing work. Methods Three stage nursing (pretreatment stage, treatment stage and retentive stage) for 156 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment at different ages. Results The major elements in pretreatment stage were general duty nursing, mental nursing and inform the orthodontic considerations;treatment stage consisted of oral health education, the protection measures of various kinds of devices and mental nursing;nursing content of retention period refer to the knowledge introduction of keeping wear the retainer and follow-up. Conclusion The three periods of nursing have their own focus. Priorities, meticulous nursing can better improve the orthodontic treatment goals and maintain the efifcacy of clinical treatment.关键词
