Abstract
Objective To analyze the assessed value of autoantibodies in female infertility patients' serum and cervical mucus. Methods Totally 138 cases of female infertility patients in our hospital between July 2012 and July 2014 were chosen as observation group, at same time 106 cases of female with cervix inflammation were chosen as control group. Serum and cervical mucus levels of autoantibodies and peripheral Treg level were compared between the two groups. The relationships between the autoantibodies with Treg level in the observation group were further analyzed. Results The serum and cervical mucus levels of AsAb, AoAb, AhCGAb, EMAb, ATA and α-β-2GP1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( < 0.05). The peripheral Treg level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( < 0.05). In the observation group, serum and cervical mucus levels of AsAb, AoAb, AhCGAb, EMAb, ATA, α-β-2GP1 were inversely related with peripheral blood Treg level ( < 0.05). Conclusions In infertile females, serum and cervical mucus levels of antibodies significant increase, which are closely related to the development and severity of th disease, and are ideal indicators for clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.关键词
