Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of argon-helium cryoablation on cancer cell biological behavior in liver cancer patients. Methods A total of 88 cases of liver cancer patients in our hospital between July 2013 and July 2014 were chosen as research subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, each group had 44 patients. The patients in the ontrol group received transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) alone, while the patients in the observation group received TACE and argon-helium cryoablation. Serum angiogenesis-related indicators, invasion related indicators and tumor prognostic indicators were compared between the two groups. Results Serum VEGF, HIF-1α and Lam levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( < 0.05). Serum ICAM-1, ESM-1, MMP-13 and uPA levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( < 0.05). AFP, CEA, AFU and sB7-H3 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusions Argon-helium cryoablation treatment can reduce the malignant behavior of tumor cells in patients with liver cancer, is helpful to achieve a better therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis, and has positive clinical significance.关键词
