Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of fast track surgery (FTS) to radical operation for lung cancer. Methods A total of 132 patients diagnosed with lung cancer were randomly divided into study group (FTS group, 97 cases) and control group (35 cases). The study group was treated with FTS in the perioperative period, and the control group was treated with traditional operation and nursing intervention. The postoperative recovery and complications were detected and compared between both groups. Results The FTS group showed shorter time of chest intubation, first defecation and hospital stay, and quicker recovery of bowel function than the control group ( < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the FTS group had lower incidences of incision infection and lung infection ( <0.01). Depression and anxiety scores of the FTS group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( <0.01). However, daily life and social activity scores of the FTS group were obviously higher than those of the control group ( < 0.05). Conclusions FTS applied to radical operation of lung cancer is beneficial to patients' recovery and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
