重建肱骨颈干角在成人肱骨近端骨折内固定术中的临床疗效分析
Analysis of the Clinical Effect on Reconstruction of Humeral Neck Shaft Angle in Adult Internal Fixation of Proximal Humeral Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reconstruction of humeral neck shaft angle in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures in adults.Method:72 cases of proximal humeral fractures treated in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,the patients were treated with proximal humeral locking plate fixation.According to image data,measured the postoperative lateral humeral neck shaft angle,the measured value of neck shaft angle and the normal value of the humeral neck shaft angle (136.1°±4.5°) were compared.According to the measured size of neck shaft angle,all the postoperative patients were classified as varus reduction group (postoperative side neck shaft angle was<131.6°),eversion reset group (postoperative side neck shaft angle >140.6°) and normal reset group (postoperative side neck shaft angle between 131.6°-140.6°). Three groups of patients with 12 months follow-up,follow-up content includes:the function of shoulder joint score (Constant score),pain score after the activity (VAS score)and complications (including: internal fixation failure,screws through the joint surface,acromion impingement,humerus head varus displacement),which were compared according to the scores.Result:The recovery of shoulder joint function, postoperative pain and the incidence of postoperative complications of the normal reset group were better than those of the reset group and the reset group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of proximal humeral fractures,reconstruction of normal humeral neck shaft angle in the postoperative shoulder function recovery,postoperative pain and postoperative complications and other aspects of good clinical efficacy.关键词
