Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of intrathecal esmolol on the expression of pERK in the dorsal horn of spinal cord in a formalin-induced pain model.Method:36 SD rats were randomly divided into normal saline group (N group),400 μg/kg Esmolol injection group (S1 group),800 μg/kg Esmolol injection group (S2 group),according to the random digits table method,12 rats in each group.Sheath built in tube after 5 days, injection of the above groups of drugs,and then in the rat hind limb subcutaneous injection of Faure Marin 50 μL, Vonfrey and Hargreaves were used to measure the mechanical foot reflex threshold (MWT) and the thermal stimulation of the foot reflex latency (TWL),and the changes of pain behavior in rats were observed.After 1.5 h,the expression of pERK protein in the dorsal horn of spinal cord was detected by immunohistochemistry.Result:Compared with the N group,S1 and S2 group II phase of pain behavior were decreased,and S1,S2 group L4~5 expression of pERK in the spinal cord were less than the N group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Intrathecal esmolol can reduce the expression of pERK protein in spinal dorsal horn in rats with formalin.关键词
