Abstract
Objective:To analyze factors that influence long term effects of dental implants by control study of two different dental implant.Method:212 patients with dental implants from January 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into 106 cases in observation group(used Korean OSSTEM implant system), 106 cases in the control group (used Swiss ITI implant system),each group was divided into normal,patients with hypertension diabetes,heart disease,osteoporosis,the efficacy of different dental implants technology were observed respectively for patients,as well as the total efficacy of patients with cultivated dental in two groups were compared after 2 years.Result:The implementation of dental implantation after 2 years,curative effect comparison of normal people with hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,osteoporosis in the observation group of dental implant patients had statistically significant (P<0.001).Curative effect comparison of normal people with hypertension,diabetes,heart disease,osteoporosis in the control group of dental implant patients had statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate was 83.96% in the observation group,77.36% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The long term effects of dental implants are affected by the planting technology and the patients’ own conditions,improve the technical level of dental implants,adjust the patients’ own conditions and then the dental implant surgery,which is conducive to improve the dental implant effect.关键词
