Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of different doses of Irbesartan on serum hs-CRP and carotid plaque in patients with coronary heart disease.Method:80 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given Irbesartan 75 mg/d at the beginning and gradually increased to 150 mg/d according to the blood pressure.The control group were given Irbesartan 75 mg/d at the beginning and gradually increased to 300 mg/d according to the blood pressure.The levels of serum hs-CRP,carotid plaque and blood pressure of two groups were observed after the treatment.Result:The thickness,numbers and areas of plaque in two groups after treatment were significantly smaller than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the thickness,numbers and areas of plaque in observation group were smaller than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of serum hs-CRP and blood pressures of two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP and blood pressures in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Large dose of Irbesartan (300 mg/d) can more effectively relive the severity of inflammation,and improve the severity of carotid plaque,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
