综合护理干预对膀胱癌患者术后膀胱灌注化疗依从性的影响
The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Compliance of Bladder Irrigation Chemotherapy in Patients with Bladder Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bladder irrigation chemotherapy in patients with bladder cancer.Method:98 patients with postoperative bladder perfusion chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each of 49 cases.The patients in the control group were used with routine nursing,the patients in experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical compliance,quality of life and adverse reactions of the patients in two groups were compared.Result:The clinical compliance,quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in control group,the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical compliance of patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy,can inhibit the adverse reactions,and actively improve the quality of life.关键词
