Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode for gastric cancer patients with postoperative gastrointestinal function and reduce the complications.Method:65 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group,65 patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to July 2016 were selected as the observation group.The control group was adopted routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode.The recovery time of bowel sound,defecation time, hospitalization time,postoperative serum protein,CRP and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,defecate time,serum protein,CRP and hospitalization time of the observation group compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.963,4.265,4.178,8.771,5.345,P<0.05).The postoperative urinary tract infection,wound infection,intestinal obstruction and complications of total incidence of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant ( χ2=3.901,4.188,4.866, 14.229,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional perioperative nursing intervention,rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing mode can improve the postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients with gastric cancer treated by the radical resection,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.关键词
