Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of personalized nursing intervention in the patients with common hand-foot-mouth disease in outpatient department.Method:148 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,74 cases in each group.The control group were taken care with conventional nursing,the observation group were taken care with personalized nursing intervention.Then the parents’ mastery for disease related knowledge and nursing method,satisfaction degree, visits again rate of children,re-infection rate of two groups were observed.Result:The parents’ mastery rate of disease related knowledge and nursing method,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group were 97.30%,95.95%,98.65%,all higher than 51.53%,48.65%,78.38% of control group,the differences were all significant(P<0.05).The visits again rate of children and re-infection rate in observation group were 10.81%and 0,all lower than 33.78% and 8.11% of control group,the differences were all significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The personalized nursing intervention can improve the parents’ mastery for disease related knowledge and nursing method,and they can well take care the children,reduce disease the rate of medical treatment,and it can also prevent the re-infection rate of hand-foot-mouth disease and effectively prevent the spread of hand-foot-mouth disease,so it is worth promoting.关键词
