Abstract
Objective:To explore myomectomy after birth condition and related factors.Method:100 cases of uterine myoma treated by laparoscopic uterine myoma in our hospital from January 2007 to March 2013 were selected as the observation group,at the same time,100 cases of uterine fibroids were selected as the control group,the size,shape,number and growth position of uterine myoma were recorded,and the residual, recurrence,postoperative complications and fertility of the two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,the amount of bleeding,average hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of infection cases in observation group was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).The control group after the operation of uterine fibroids residucal,recurrent cases were significantly less than those in observation group(P<0.05).There was significant differences in fertility circumstance between the two groups( χ2=4.016,P<0.05).Uterine fibroids smaller,less the number, the location of the fibroids in the uterine wall,patients with normal uterine pregnancy shape after the greatest probability of success,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Small age,short duration of infertility patients with a greater probability of birth (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with uterine fibroids can cause infertility,but timely treatment can still be cured,while the later pregnancy is not affected.Laparotomy myomectomy fibroids residue,low recurrence rate,laparoscopic myomectomy in clinical pregnancy rate is high, according to the different needs of different.关键词
