Abstract
Objective: To explore the application value of children sepsis related markers in the assessment of cardiovascular function and organ function changes in children with early stage.Method:50 children with sepsis in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects.Children with clear diagnosis of sepsis after the detection of 1,3,7 d in patients with sepsis and cardiac troponin I(cTnI),heart type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP),B type natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-pro BNP) three indicators,continuous 3 d application of ultrasonic testing in children with cardiac function,and according to whether the cardiac function or the early cardiovascular function injury can be divided into injury group and non-injury group,evaluated the sensitivity of various indexes in evaluating early cardiovascular function injury,and evaluated the clinical value of combined detection of three indexes in early cardiac function impairment and cardiac function in children with sepsis.Result:With the extension of the course of the disease,the serum cTnI,H-FABP,NT-pro BNP indexes of the injury group were all increased,but the three indexes were not obvious in non-injur group,and three indicators at the same time,the results showed that:the serum cTnI,H-FABP,NT-pro BNP in injury group were significantly higher than those in non-injury group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The detection sensitivity of the three indexes increased with time,and at the same time,the results showed that the sensitivity of cTnI was the lowest,while the sensitivity of H-FABP was the highest.In the analysis of the sensitivity of the joint detection,the sensitivity of the three indexes combined with the diagnosis of early cardiovascular function was significantly higher than that of the single index evaluation(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of three indexes in children with sepsis at 3 d.Conclusion:Cardiovascular injury markers cTnI,H-FABP, NT-pro BNP combined detection of BNP index is helpful in the early assessment of cardiovascular function in children with sepsis injury has important value to improve sepsis in children with abnormal heart function in the early diagnosis and prognosis.关键词
