Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy.Method:120 tubal pregnancy patients in our hospital from January 2010 to September 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by laparoscopic tubal resection,the observation group was treated by laparoscopic conservative surgery,the clinical effects,indexes and the conception of the two groups were compared.Result:The cure rate of the observation group was 100%,significantly higher than 90.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative analgesia,postoperative exhaust time,hospitalization time,incidence of complications and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood hCG recovery time and menstrual recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The bilateral tubal patency rate and fallopian tube obstruction were observed after operation in observation group,which compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the rate of fallopian tube patency of the two groups(P>0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate of observation group was 60.00%,repeated ectopic pregnancy was 13.33%,the control group were 35.00% and 6.67% respectively,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:For tubal pregnancy patients with laparoscopic conservative surgery treatment effect is exact,the fallopian tube less trauma,is conducive to the early recovery of pregnancy function,improve the intrauterine pregnancy rate,has a positive clinical significance.关键词
