摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical effect of small dosage of Bisoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with pulmonary heart disease and the improvement of cardiac function. Method:100 cases of coronary heart disease and pulmonary heart disease in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was taken conventional treatment, the patients in the observation group based on routine treatment combined with small dose of Bisoprolol treatment, observed and compared the effect of two groups of patients after treatment and the improvement of cardiac function index.Result:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group after treatment was 94.0%,which significantly higher than 74.0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.44,P<0.05).After treatment, the 6 min walking distance, heart rate, pulmonary artery systolic pressure,LEVF of the two groups were compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group of 6 min walking distance,LVEF were significantly better than those in control group, heart rate, pulmonary artery systolic pressure were significantly lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=5.825,5.782,6.467,5.548,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was 2.0% in observation group, significantly lower than 16.0% in control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.00,P<0.05).Conclusion:Small dosage of Bisoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease and pulmonary heart disease in the treatment effect significantly, can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac function and heart rate, and high safety, worthy of clinical application.关键词
