摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of hospital-community-family-resident-volunteer medical service to the community to help one of five stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:130 stroke patients in our hospital were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the results. After 1 year of follow-up,two groups of patients with functional rehabilitation were compared.The intervention group of 40 patients given hospital-community-family-resident-volunteer medical service five in one mode,40 cases in control group were given conventional mode,the effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The implementation of hospital-community-family-resident-volunteer service mode of the five in one medical help before and after the intervention,compared two groups of quality of life,there were no significant differences (P>0.05).After the intervention,the intervention group strength,emotional,capacity,mobile participation compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the exchange of memory and thinking,ADL,hand ability of two groups,there were no significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:The implementation of hospital-community-family-resident-volunteer service mode of the five in one medical help have certain effect on stroke patients can improve their strength,emotion,mobility,participation, but in improving the quality of life,memory and thinking,communication,ADL,hand ability to strengthen party still face.关键词
