摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the psychological intervention and synthetical treatment in the patients with intraocular pressure increased continual.Method:120 patients with the intraocular pressure increasted continual were randomly divided into A group and B group,60 cases in each group.A group was given the routine drug of lowering intraocular pressure and psychological intervention,B group used the routine drug of lowering intraocular pressure only.All patients were recorded the value of intraocular pressure at present the examination and after 72 h treatment respectively, the SAS and SDS were used determined the depression state of the patients. Result: After 72 h treatment,the value of intraocular pressure,SAS and SDS of two groups were all dropped (P<0.05),A group dropped observably,compared with B group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can relieve the anxiety of patients,reduce the psychological burden,reduce intraocular pressure,enhance the patient’s resistance to disease and resicience,and it can reach a basis for another treatment,promote hte recovery of patients as soon as possible.关键词
