脑造通器联合脑内镜在基底节区脑出血手术中的应用研究
The Application of Cerebral Corridor Creator Combined with Endoscope Surgery for Basal Ganglion Hemotoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical application and effect of endoscope combined with cerebral corridor creator for the surgery of hypertensive basal ganglion hemotoma(HBGH).Method:56 cases diagnosed as HBGH were selected from June 2013 to June 2016,they were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases in each group.The surgery group was given endoscope combined with cerebral corridor creator,and control group was given regular microscope surgery.The outcome of two groups were observed and documented in 3 months follow-up.Result:Compared with control group,the surgery time and blood loss in surgery group decreased obviously (P<0.05), and the rate of patients with GOS 4-5 scores in surgery group was higher than control group after 3 months follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surgery with endoscope combined with cerebral corridor creator for the treatment of HBGH has less injury and blood loss,also good prognosis,it is worth to clinical application.关键词
