Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application of stent lumen evaluation of dual source CT angiography in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans after stent interventional therapy.Method:Dual source CT angiography of lower extremity were taken on 32 cases with lower extremity arterial occlusive disease of interventional treatment.Volume rendering,multi planar reconstruction,maximum density projection,surface reconstruction and other image processing were used to observe and evaluate the condition of stent lumen. Result:40 brackets were detected out in all patients,2 brackets in iliac artery,6 brackets in external iliac artery, 24 brackets in femoral artery,8 brackets in popliteal arteries;25 stents were unobstructed,6 stents lumen were stenosis mildly,4 stents lumen were stenosis moderately,3 stents lumen were stenosis severely, and 2 stents were blocked.Conclusion:Dual source CT angiography of lower extremity was noninvasive,convenient and reliable, which can clearly show the shape of the lower limb artery stent,image processing by a variety of methods can observe and evaluate the lumen of stent,and can provide a reliable basis for the clinical evaluation of postoperative condition development.关键词
