Curative Effect and Prognosis of Amlodipine Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium for Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect and prognosis of Amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Method:The clinical data of 105 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease who received treatment in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment options given,the control group of 46 patients were given Amlodipine, observation group of 59 patients were given Amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin Calcium.The curative effect and prognosis of patients in the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the values of DBP,SBP,LDL-C,TG and TC were improved in both groups, the observation group of those were more significant improvement than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,the combined therapy of Amlodipine and Atorvastatin Calcium can improve the index of blood pressure and serum lipids yet produce,it has fewer adverse reactions.关键词
