Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Claforan in patients of pulmonary infection.Method:The patients with admission time successively as the standard 126 cases of pulmonary infection were divided into two groups, 63 cases in each group,the control group was treated with Azithromycin treatment alone,the observation group was added Claforan combined treatment,the treatment effects of two groups were assessed,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in patients with cough, expectoration, fever, asthma, pulmonary rales, and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The treatment efficiency of observation group was 96.8% higher than control group of 79.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group with cough, expectoration, fever, asthma, pulmonary rales and other symptoms disappeared time lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The two groups of patients did not show significant adverse reactions during the treatment period. Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with Claforan in patients of pulmonary infection can effectively improve effect,promote the rapid improvement of the symptoms in patients with high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
