品管圈降低TURP术后膀胱痉挛的发生率的临床实践
The Incidence Rate of Cystospasm after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) can be Reduced by Quality Control Circle(QCC)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of incidence rate with cystospasm after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) can be reduced by quality control circle(QCC) instrument.Method:Developing the quality control circle,current situations and causes of cystospasm after TURP were investigated and analyzed according to the ten steps of the quality control circle,then solutions were proposed and effects were evaluated. Result:The incidence rate of cystospasm after TURP was reduced from 64.71% to 26.00%.The degree of cystospasm was declined and latent abilities of nurses were improved.Conclusion:Quality control circle activities improve the cystospasm after TURP considerably,ease the pain of patients greatly, which conform fully of the demand of painless wards.关键词
