The Efficacy of Fast-track Surgery in the Perioperative Nursing of Aged Patients with Artificial Hip Replacement

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of fast-track surgery(FTS) program in the perioperative nursing of aged patients with artificial hip replacement.Method:Total 120 patients who received artificial hip replacement from February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were chose as the research objects, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,FTS group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the FTS group was given fast-track surgery nursing.Patients’ satisfaction to nursing work,length of hospital stay,the function of hip joint,rehospitalization rate and postoperative complications of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The patients’ satisfaction of the FTS group was significantly better than the control group,the length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group,and the postoperative hip joint function was significantly better than the control group,the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance in the number of postoperative complications and rehospitalization rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The usage of FTS in the perioperative nursing of aged patients with artificial hip replacemen could significantly improve the patient’s satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time,improve the recovery of hip joint activity,so it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
