Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Ganoderma Yanggan pill combined with liver disease therapy instrument of lamivudine in the treatment of children with chronic hepatitis B and hepatic fibrosis in the effective nursing measures.Method:A total of 90 children with chronic hepatitis hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis in our hospital were selected from 2014 January to 2015 January,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,observation group was taken the comprehensive nursing measures,the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was 93.3%(42/45),significantly higher than the control group of 2.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the symptoms score, ALT, AST and DNA number of observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). After nursing,The observation group SDS was (41.2±3.8) score, SAS was(37.2±7.3) score,lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group had 1 case occurred in children with persistent high fever, adverse reactions occurred rate was 2.2%;control group with 3 cases of persistent high fever,2 cases of skin had mild redness and swelling,1 cases showed mild gastrointestinal reactions, adverse reaction rate was 13.3%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of chronic hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis patients with childhood using Ganoderma Yanggan pill combined liver disease therapy instrument,lamivudine should be treated according to the steps to take corresponding comprehensive nursing measures,to further improve the therapeutic effect and the prognosis and quality of life.关键词
