提高极低出生体重儿母乳喂养率的效果研究
The Effect Research of Increase the Rate of Very Low Birth Weight Breastfeeding
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the comprehensive nursing care on improving application of very low birth weight breastfeeding rates.Method:60 cases with very low birth weight were selected in our hospital obstetrics NICU within 2 hours after birth from May 2014 to September 2015,odd number as the experimental group, double number as the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing, control group was given general care,children with discharge 4 to 6 months of breastfeeding rate and incidence of upper respiratory tract infection in 6 months of two groups were compared.Result:Two groups of children with four to six months after discharge three ways feeding rate were significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group with exclusive breastfeeding rate was 63.33% significantly higher than the control group 13.33%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can obviously increase the very low birth weight breastfeeding rate and incidence of upper respiratory tract infection.关键词
