Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical treatment of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and the effect of nursing intervention.Method:60 cases with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide were selected in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016,according random double-blind method they were divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group,the control group was given emergency treatment and routine nursing,experimental group received emergency treatment and nursing intervention. Result:The total efficiency of experimental group was 93.33% higher than the control group of 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of experimental group was 13.33% lower than control group of 33.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with scientific and reasonable emergency treatment and nursing intervention,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical widely.关键词
