社区反思性教育干预对糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响
The Effect of Community Reflective Education Intervention on Blood Glucose and Compliance Behavior of Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To further explored the effect of community education on the reflection of blood glucose in diabetic patients and compliance behavior.Method:A retrospective analysis of 3 communities in our city takes a total of 352 diabetic patients. According to randomly method they were divided into the community for the conventional health education in the control group, and the community on education the intervention in the observation group,176 cases in each group. The follow-up time was 6 months,blood glucose and the compliance behavior of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the education before the intervention, two groups in the community diabetes education intervention after their blood glucose changes and compliance were significantly better before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels and compliance behavior of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with diabetes in community for reflective education intervention can significantly improve the blood glucose level,enhance their compliance behavior, it is worthy of popularization and application in the community.关键词
