Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of Butylphthalide capsule and Fluoxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD).Method:Eighty PSD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Both the groups were given Fluoxetine,the observation group was given additional Butylphthalide capsule.After treatment 8 weeks,the clinical effects of two groups were measured by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) .Result:Compared before and after treatment,the clinical effects of the NIHSS, CSS and HAMD in two groups,there were significantly difference(P<0.01),and the observation group of those were better than control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Butylphthalide capsule combined with Fluoxetine shows better clinical efficacy in the treatment of depressive symptoms and neurological function.关键词
