Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) in treatment of limbs fracture nonunion and promotion effect of healing.Method:The clinic data of 27 cases with nonunion of limbs fractures from March 2003 to March 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.The X-ray showed no obvious callus growth,they were given injection of mouse nerve growth factor (NGF) in the gap of limbs fracture broken end once a week,for 8 weeks,and regular X-ray observation of bone nonunion status once 2 weeks.Result:27 cases were followed up for 10 months to 10 years.The healing of fracture were 26 cases,1 case had no obvious callus growth,the effective rate was 96.3%.Conclusion:Local injection of rat nerve growth factor for the treatment of nonunion has better treatment effect with safe and effective,little trauma,fewer complications and it is a particularly noninvasive and painless method of conservative treatment for nonunion patients,but further research is still lacking.关键词
