鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床效果观察
Clinical Effect of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis.Method:100 cases of chronic sinusitis in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases of nasal endoscopic group and 50 cases in the traditional path group.Traditional route group was treated by traditional external nasal surgery, nasal endoscopic group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.The chronic sinusitis treatment total efficiency, clinical relapse rate,nasal septum and inferior turbinate adhesions,periorbital soft tissue congestion, maxillary sinus ostium stenosis and other complications, and quality life before and after surgery of two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the nasal endoscopic group was 98.00% significantly higher than that of the traditional path group of 78.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nasal endoscopic group of clinical relapse rate was 2.00% and nasal septum and inferior turbinate adhesions, periorbital soft tissue congestion, maxillary sinus ostium stenosis and other complications was 4.00% lower than those of traditional path group 20.00% and 16.00%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in quality of life between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The quality of life in nasal endoscopic group was (92.02±5.53)points significantly better than that of traditional path group (82.98±4.72) points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis patients with minimally invasive,accurate,safety,operative trauma,clinical symptoms improve patients,it reduces complications and recurrence rate,improves the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
