体感诱发电位联合视觉诱发电位在神经梅毒诊断中的应用
Application of Somatosensory Evoked Potentials Combined with Visual Evoked Potentials in the Diagnosis of Neurosyphilis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the change patterns of various components of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) and visual evoked potentials (VEP) in patients with neurosyphilis.Method:42 patients with neurosyphilis,including 32 symptomatic patients (A group) and 10 asymptomatic patients (B group),and 20 normal subjects (C group),they were separated examined for SEP and VEP, and comparative analysis was performed.Result:Compared to C group,there were significant prolongations of P100 latency in VEP and N20 peak latency (LP) in SEP of A and B group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The indicators including SEP (N20) and VEP (P100) are favorable for early diagnosis of neurosyphilis,which could facilitate clinical treatment,and provide certain evidences for early damages in asymptomatic neurosyphilis.关键词
