CT影像下热敏灸联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效观察
Observation the Curative Effect of Thermal Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture on Lumbar Disc Herniation under CT Image

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method: 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected by clinical diagnosis and imaging findings.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control groupand observation group,30 cases in each group.Observation group was given thermal moxibustion combined with acupuncture under CT imaging,the control group eas only given acupuncture treatment.The leg pain scores, clinical efficacy,patients’ satisfaction and CT images of two groups before and after treatment,the first,second and fourth weeks the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The pain scores of the observation group in the first week after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pain scores between the 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).In the first week after treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).CT imaging changes in the overall efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree in observation group was 80.0% significantly higher than the control group of 66.7%.Conclusion:CT image of thermal acupuncture combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,patients’ satisfaction are high,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
