Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with nursing in treatment of critically ill patients in intensive care unit ( ICU ) .METHDS: 120 critically ill patients admitted into Armed Police Corps of Zhejiang Jiaxing Hospital from Jul .2015 to Jul.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 60 cases in each .Two group of patients were given corresponding nursing measures , based on which , the observation group were treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium injections , while the control group received levofloxacin injections; the treatment effects of two groups were observed .RESULTS: The total effective rate of pulmonary infection therapy in observation group was 94.29%(33/35), significantly higher than that in control group [66.67%(22/33)], with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .The total effective rate of intracranial infection of acinetobacter baumannii , pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and escherchia coli infection in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .CONCLUSIONS:Cefoperazone sulbactam sodium combined with nursing can effectively improve the treatment effects for critically ill patients in ICU .关键词
